Purchase a tote bag featuring the painting "Lady in Red" by Myra Evans.   Our tote bags are made from soft, durable, poly-poplin fabric and include a 1" black strap for easy carrying on your shoulder.   All seams are double-stitched for added durability.   Each tote bag is machine-washable in cold water and is printed on both sides using the same image.

Artist's Description

This 28x20 mixed media/collage and acrylic piece was an experiment in texturizing, using a very warm palette. I used acrylic, pastel, ink, stamping, papers and anything that would create interesting textures. When I was finished, I discovered there was a woman's figure and face that I had not planned. Do you see it?

Myra Evans

Following a long and successful career as an educator/administrator, Myra has focused her time, energy and talents on watercolor painting. Her other passions also include a life-long love of playing classical music on the piano. She believes that her love of music, along with foreign travel and photography have contributed and enhanced her artistic development. Myra's art training includes numerous courses at Haliburton School for the Arts, Loyalist College, and the Blue Mt. School of Painting, studying with Jack Reid, Jacques Hebert, Art Cunanan, and Brian Smith. In addition, she has been an active participant in many watercolor workshops in Ontario and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, having the opportunity to work with respected...
